Architectural Desktop 2007: What's New in Help
There are a couple new resources in the Architectural Desktop 2007 Help that should provide some added value:
- Project Lifecycle Navigator: This interactive user assistance tool provides an alternative method into finding help by first presenting high-level topics —
(click on the thumbnails for a larger image)
and then presenting the key topics.
You’ll then be presented with either topic from the User Guide, a visual presentation “Show Me” similar to the New Features Workshop, or a “Try Me” interactive presentation, such as this one about Project Navigator.
- Content Creation Guidelines: Autodesk worked with ADT product expert, trainer, and implementation specialist Matt Dillon to provide a detailed set of guidelines and best practices of how the out-of-the-box content is set up.

- Project Template: Autodesk worked with ADT author, product expert, trainer, and implementation specialist Paul Aubin to create a more useful starter project template when using Project Navigator.
